My name is Noah Balque, and I'm a photographer based in SETX. I specialize in event photography but also provide in-studio services. What started as just a filler class in my junior year is now a personal passion that I truly enjoy. As someone with elderly family members, I don't believe I'm selling you just a picture. I believe I'm capturing a memory and keeping it from fading away.
